About Our Company

Image Editing Company UK provides professional editing services. We work with UK businesses, photographers, online retailers, agencies, designers, and individual clients. Our services are background removal, clipping paths, photo retouching, colour correction, ghost mannequin editing, shadow creation.  

Accept Terms

By using our website, requesting a quotation, uploading files, and placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions. It also confirms that you understood and accepted our terms. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.  

Pricing

All quotations are based on the information and image samples provided by the customer. 

Prices will be changed based on- 

  • Image complexity 
  • Required editing service 
  • Number of images 
  • Delivery timeframe 
  • Additional revision requests (Outside the original request) 
  • Special project requirements 

A quotation remains valid for the period stated in the proposal. 

Orders

An order is considered confirmed once you give us the approval. We reserve the right to decline and cancel an order in some cases. Those are: 

  • Required information is missing 
  • Uploaded files are corrupted  
  • The requested work violates applicable laws 
  • The content is offensive 
  • We are unable to complete the requested service 

If an order cannot be completed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. 

Customer Responsibilities

When placing an order, you agree to: 

  • Provide accurate project instructions. 
  • Upload image files in supported formats. 
  • Respond timely to requests for clarification. 
  • Ensure you have permission to use all submitted images. 
  • Review completed work within 3 days after delivery. 

Delays in providing required information will affect delivery schedules. 

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided for guidance only. Delivery schedules depend on project complexity, number of images, current workload, customer response times, and additional revision requests. Sometimes there could be a delay in Turnaround time because of uncontrollable circumstances.  

Revisions

Customer satisfaction is important. If the delivered work does not match the original instructions, you can request revisions within the revision period. The 3-days after the delivery is considered as the revision period. Revision requests should clearly explain the required changes. 

Requests involving new editing instructions will be considered as a new order. It will add extra charges with the final price.  

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before work begins. Depending on the project, payment will be required- 

  • Before work starts 
  • Upon completion 
  • According to an agreed terms 

Failure to complete payment could result in delayed delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable transaction fees charged by their payment provider. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are available when you completely fail to deliver your requested editing service. If we can not satisfy you after several revisions, you can ask for a refund. The refund won’t be applicable if the editing requirements are completed. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
